What better way to unify and symbolise the Federation of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This star on the Australian flag had an established purpose of representing all states and territories.
Individualising each State was achieved by identifying segments of the star with specific colours already established and well recognised due to their usage with other government bodies.
